Local Law 11/98 Façade Inspections – IPAC is highly experienced in this New York City Department of Buildings safety inspection and reporting requirement. This 5-Year Cycle Inspection is required for all buildings exceeding 6-stories in height and demands a high level of practical experience and engineering judgment.
IPAC is also experienced in the process of removing NYC DOB Facade violations.
