Expediting of Violations & Permits:
Review and research of: Any applicable municipal and/or construction code(s), property records, violation history and physical conditions, with recommendations for remedial work for compliance – inclusive of preparation of any necessary shop drawings, oversight as requested, photography and compilation of full documentation for Certificates of Correction and/or Permit application and/or correction acceptance and approval.
Recent clients include: Private Owner/Investors, Non-Profit Organizations such as the Brooklyn Friends School and Eden II School; and Architect/Designers such as RTSPCPinnacle.
