Certified Project/Site Management:
Professional oversight of any implemented remedial work that may be required, at customer request inclusive of: preparing a scope of work and order of magnitude cost, scheduling, contract administration, site observation and reporting, ensuring the design and construction process conform to local/state codes and that governmental approval and close-outs are obtained for acceptance of the completed project on behalf of the client. IPAC will carry out a final inspection of the work and provide a written acceptance of the work.
